This establishment deserves zero stars if possible. The individual with lengthy hair mistakenly cut my big toe during the pedicure. Despite my repeated protests of pain, he continued and even lightly tapped the wound. Opting for regular polish, I had to endure a lengthy session under the dryer. Upon completion, the owner rushed me to settle the bill. When I requested a discount due to the injury, she callously tossed the receipt at me. Furthermore, her haste caused me to hastily don my socks and shoes, resulting in ruined nails and wasted money. I have no intention of revisiting this place.
Once a loyal patron, I forgave the salon's inconsistent service in the past. However, my recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed. The final result was sloppy, with dry and cracked nails and cuticles. The paint job was subpar, and the nail technician engaged in a full-on conversation throughout my appointment. To top it off, no lotion was offered at the end. Sadly, many salons in the vicinity fall short, but I will not be returning to this one.
AVOID THIS NAIL SALON! I had to return thrice in a single day because the gel they applied kept peeling off. On my third visit, the owner accused me of tampering with the nails and threatened to charge me for a new color next time. Despite the redo, the color is once again peeling. Being 8 months pregnant, I am reluctant to go back for a fix.
