This is my second visit here, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. My nails stayed intact for an extended period. I just had a fill after 2 months, and they didn't break or lift during that whole time. This is now my go-to nail salon!
Thick and chunky dip manicure. My nails look clubbed and were filed into trapezoids. Despite my repeated requests for fixes, the technician insisted they looked good and showed no concern for my dissatisfaction. I decided to let it go and left to have them redone elsewhere. I will not be returning.
Took my team for a mani and pedicure, all opting for no chip mani and pedi. I requested a take off and full set since I had recently done my pedicure. My nail session began at 6:10 pm and ended at 8:10 pm, much later than my team. My nails soaked for 30 minutes instead of the promised 10-15 minutes. They were not properly cleaned or filed, the tips were placed over my nails without buffing or filing, and then I was transferred to another technician. Spending $77 on my nails left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I had planned to purchase a gift card for a pedicure I didn't receive, but decided against it. I was truly let down. I had wanted to provide my team with the Coco Nail Bar experience, but unfortunately, that was not what I got. My initial technician clearly had no interest in doing my nails.
