It has been 10 days since I had my nails done. I initially requested a specific design, but the technician was unable to accommodate, so I settled for black nails with orange tips. However, within a short period, my nails have chipped and look quite unsightly. Upon returning to address the issue, Mr. Truong offered to rectify the situation and only charge me for the design. Despite his efforts, I remained dissatisfied with the outcome, and to my surprise, I was billed the full amount. I have no intention of revisiting this salon. Disappointing to see a loyal customer treated this way for $200!
I must say, the service here is truly exceptional. My manicure turned out absolutely stunning, and the pedicure was equally impressive. I also opted for an eyebrow and lip wax, which was surprisingly painless, and the attendant was incredibly kind. I am already looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks.
