Jessica was outstanding initially. Rescued a hair disaster. However, subsequent appointments did not meet expectations. I left with brassy roots and communicated my dissatisfaction. It took FIVE weeks to rectify. She canceled multiple times. On my last visit, I arrived with very blonde hair. I requested the same shade with a FEW darker highlights. I departed with a strange baby poop brown hue on top and all blonde beneath. It was already 9:30 at night when I left. I was too infuriated to seek immediate correction but messaged her, receiving a response only the next day. I didn't pay for a blonde look to end up with this. She declined to attempt a fix and refunded my payment. While she did the right thing there, refusing to even try to correct it was disappointing. She also withheld my previous color formula. The service duration was excessive. Arrived at 4:30 and left after 9:30 for a partial foil. The prior visit was also 5 hours long. Less talk, more action needed.
The overall salon experience was exceptional! The staff is incredibly accommodating! Rebecca was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing top-notch service! The music was fantastic as well! I highly recommend this establishment if you're in search of a salon!
