Prestigious Nail Spa

My daughter asked for blue-tipped nails, but wanted them in black. The acrylic set was priced at $35 on the menu, but I was charged $50. The end result looks nothing like the picture. My real nails were painted blue, but the technician only halfway removed the polish, leaving blue residue all around my cuticles. The acrylic set looks like it needs a fill-in. I requested the same length and shape as the blue-tipped picture but was told I needed to pay an extra $5 for the "almond" shape. In total, I paid $90 for both sets of nails, which included one polish. The service was a joke, and the technician was incredibly rude, even cussing in front of my 10-year-old child. I am utterly disgusted.

The interior of the salon was beautiful, and all the staff members were kind and friendly. I felt comfortable and at home immediately. Bri, my nail technician, did an amazing job. She was sweet and engaging in conversation. Christopher was also pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Overall, it was a very welcoming experience for my first visit. I am in love with my nails!

I had a negative experience at a different nail salon, but when I came here to have my nails fixed, I was greeted by friendly employees who started working on them promptly. They redid my nails the way I originally wanted at a discounted price and did an outstanding job. They were incredibly friendly throughout the entire process.
