I completely adore the craftsmanship that Tropical Nails provides!! I typically have Mindy and she's very amiable and does a splendid job! I customarily opt for a dip powder mani and it never fails to impress!! It feels unusual for me to leave a Google review, but Adrianna and Michelle from Phoenix Salon/Care Electrolysis have truly transformed my life. They have boosted my confidence and supported me throughout the hair removal process. Their skills, kindness, and attentiveness are remarkable. The results are fast, thorough, and exceptional. I opt for gel nails and upon my visit here, I noticed the individual working on my nails, I believe it was the owner, used minimal product, possibly to save costs, as my nails ended up so fragile they broke within 5 days. Additionally, the owner was impolite, lacked communication, and would forcefully move your hand. When I inquired about the thinness of my nails as I knew they would break, she stated it was due to my short nails. She then proceeded to discuss it with her colleagues in their language, so I will not be returning to this establishment. It was not a pleasant experience.
