I opt for gel nails and upon my visit here, I noticed the individual working on my nails, I believe it was the owner, used minimal product, possibly to save costs, as my nails ended up so fragile they broke within 5 days. Additionally, the owner was impolite, lacked communication, and would forcefully move your hand. When I inquired about the thinness of my nails as I knew they would break, she stated it was due to my short nails. She then proceeded to discuss it with her colleagues in their language, so I will not be returning to this establishment. It was not a pleasant experience. They have boosted my confidence and supported me throughout the hair removal process. Their skills, kindness, and attentiveness are remarkable. The results are fast, thorough, and exceptional. I completely adore the craftsmanship that Tropical Nails provides!! I typically have Mindy and she's very amiable and does a splendid job! I customarily opt for a dip powder mani and it never fails to impress!!
