I opt for gel nails and upon my visit here, I noticed the individual working on my nails, I believe it was the owner, used minimal product, possibly to save costs, as my nails ended up so fragile they broke within 5 days. Additionally, the owner was impolite, lacked communication, and would forcefully move your hand. When I inquired about the thinness of my nails as I knew they would break, she stated it was due to my short nails. She then proceeded to discuss it with her colleagues in their language, so I will not be returning to this establishment. It was not a pleasant experience. Save your money and seek services elsewhere.
My daughter and I frequent this fantastic nail salon. They are incredibly kind to her (even when she changes her mind halfway through) and always do a fantastic job. They truly take exceptional care of their customers. Just witnessed the owner rush out to get an elderly customer a battery for her car remote! Talk about exceeding expectations!
The staff is incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, my nails did not turn out well. They were unevenly filed, and the gel polish ended up all over my skin. The individual working on them appeared to be juggling multiple tasks at once.
