As a walk-in customer, I was promptly attended to within 20 minutes of my arrival. Mary did a fantastic job on my nails, and I am thoroughly satisfied! Her attentiveness was remarkable! I am absolutely delighted with my nails!! I will definitely return for another fill.
The prices here are exorbitant! The individual who tends to your feet is truly exceptional! They are the only one who excels at nail designs! The longevity of the nails here is impressive! My daughter shelled out $75 for a gel set, only to have plain white nails with no design! I'm a bit disheartened 😭😭 by these steep prices! I paid $45 for a pedicure, but the vibrating seat I sat in was non-functional! The walls could use a fresh coat of paint! A more tranquil setting in a new building would be beneficial!
THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS UNCLEAN & UNHYGIENIC! I accompanied my sister-in-law for a pedicure and manicure, but after witnessing them using unsanitized nail drills, foot scrapers, emery boards, etc., I opted out! The amount of dust and dirt under the tables, the rings around the pedicure foot tubs, the spray paint on the walls, and the outdated and worn-out equipment were appalling! I wouldn't even bathe a dog in there if I had one. How do you ladies from South Bend tolerate this unsanitary environment? If this were in Illinois, they would have been shut down because we wouldn't stand for this and would have reported it to public health and code enforcement.
