Today, I finally had my hair trimmed after growing it out from a pixie cut I had two years back. Prior to the trim, my hair was terribly uneven. I showed my stylist Samantha a video of the haircut I desired, and she worked wonders!! The result was exactly as I had envisioned, just like in the video. She is incredibly skilled, kind, approachable, and truly knows her craft. Being in the hair industry myself, I can recognize talent and expertise, and she possesses it all! Thank you Samantha!!!! My confidence has skyrocketed! :)
I was introduced to Taylor back in 1991 upon relocating to the Miller Place region and requiring a spot for my young sons to get their haircuts. Her initial salon was just around the corner from my place, so we could walk there. Since then, I have never looked back. Nearly three decades later, I still frequent Shear Bliss and adore her and her team. She styled my daughter's hair for both her proms, and she and her team styled the hair for my sister's entire bridal party. They have always delivered and are all so warm and skilled. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone (and I frequently do). Not to mention the constant stream of compliments I receive on my hair.
It was my debut visit to this salon. When I phoned in the morning, they managed to fit me in on the same day. Upon arrival, the proprietor greeted me promptly and started the process right away, she personally washed my hair. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I then moved to Emma's station for my haircut. Emma was exceptional, with a wonderful demeanor, professionalism, and she gave me an excellent haircut. She exuded confidence and skill effortlessly. I am delighted and will definitely be back.
