Kelly was fantastic, skilled, and did an excellent job on my hair. Our appointment ran longer than planned, causing a scheduling conflict with Maria for my nails. Maria, in a rather impolite manner, informed me she couldn't accommodate me. While I understand the time constraints, her attitude towards me and my stylist was unacceptable. Kelly was gracious and apologetic, ensuring I'll be returning for future hair appointments.
