This is now my favorite nail salon! The nail technician was very friendly and attentive. She consistently checked in to ensure I was happy with my nails, which was a lovely touch. Opting for chrome nails was a great decision as they offer a wide range of stunning colors. I highly recommend trying out the chrome colors. I'll definitely be returning soon for another nail appointment!
I had a fantastic experience at Nails by Porter! This was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed. I needed to remove dip from my fingernails and grown-out gel from my toenails. I opted for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The salon is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable and massage chairs for pedicures. Mai, the nail technician, was incredibly patient and kind. She helped me choose a color based on pictures I brought and even took extra time to strengthen a toenail that I had previously injured.
I am extremely disappointed with the service my 16-year-old received. She had white acrylic tips applied, but they were not fitted properly. After expressing my dissatisfaction, we rescheduled for the next day to have them fixed. However, she was attended to by the same person who initially did the nails. Instead of replacing the ill-fitting nails, they were simply filed and cut down. I have never witnessed such poor service in all my years of visiting this nail salon. Paying $50 for nails that look like they were done by a child is unacceptable. The pictures clearly show that the nails are too large!
