Definitely the top spot in the area for getting your nails done. The spa pedicure here is truly top-notch! They pamper, exfoliate, beautify, and the massage chair is heavenly. As for the manicure, it can vary depending on the technician you get. I've had some good experiences and some not-so-great ones. Overall, though, I enjoy coming here. They even had a lovely gesture of giving out Christmas presents recently, which added a sweet touch to the festive decorations ❄️
I recently got a dip manicure here before heading off on a 10-day trip to France & Italy. This place was highly recommended to me. The nail technician who worked on me did a decent job, but he kept stepping away and returning multiple times. At one point, he accidentally smudged my thumb on my right hand while checking if the nails were dry. He had to redo it, asking me to wait for 5 minutes for it to set. Upon returning, he suggested I might have rubbed it against something (which I hadn't), and he redid it once more, adding a gel coat on top. When I inquired about the purpose of the gel coat, he mentioned it wouldn't make a difference and was just a quicker option. While settling the bill, I noticed a small bubble on another nail, so I brought it up to the receptionist who called the technician back to fix it. The technician seemed irritated and applied a gel coat to that nail as well. To my disappointment, 3 days later during my trip, the gel coat on 2 nails started peeling off. This was not the quality I expected from a $55 dip manicure. I usually get them monthly but couldn't visit my regular technician due to my travel plans. It's disheartening that 2 of my nails were ruined within just 3 days of my trip. I am quite dissatisfied with the service quality at this salon.
