Absolutely terrible experience. Taylor seemed completely clueless. I tried to stay positive, but I can't believe how poorly my hair turned out. It was like she had never styled hair before. I asked for even shoulder-length hair, but the front ended up 2 inches shorter and uneven. Now I have to hide it with pins until it grows out. Save your money, go elsewhere!
Unpleasant service. Booked 2 manicures and pedicures for my sister and me. They only had one appointment written down. The treatments felt rushed, my nails chipped within hours, and my feet looked like they hadn't been touched. Extremely disappointed. Avoid their deals at all costs!
Had a fantastic mani-pedi with Taylor! The spa was beautiful, had a boutique, and offered complimentary drinks. Taylor was wonderful, my nails have never looked better! Already booked my next appointment for mid-November.
