Initially, I was impressed by the depth of knowledge Manisha displayed during the 2-hour session explaining electrolysis. However, my second appointment, utilizing 3 of my 6 Groupon sessions, was marred by an international flight delay. Despite notifying her 20 hours in advance (not the stipulated 24), she refused to honor the sessions. I offered to forfeit 1 session and use 2, but she declined, citing the scheduled nature of all 3. Despite my prompt notification and explanation of the circumstances, she seemed solely focused on payment.
