Pros: walk-in availability, efficient service
I visited this salon for the first time at 18, having been a patron in my younger years. The quality of service has noticeably declined. During my recent visit, I inquired about pricing and was met with a dismissive attitude. Despite this, I proceeded with my appointment. However, the technician's behavior was unprofessional; she mocked my choices and handled my nails roughly, causing injury. The service lasted 2 hours, yet the results were subpar - the color was incorrect, and unwanted designs were added without consent, leading to an additional charge. Displeased with the experience, I will not return.
