The stylist who cut my sons' hair was friendly, patient, and skilled. She handled my youngest, who usually struggles to sit still, really well.
Went to see Sara for a special hairstyle and to schedule an appointment. She assured me she could do it and was free that day, said she'd confirm details that night. Days later, she called to say she was fully booked. Very unprofessional!!! If only she had been upfront from the beginning. 👎🏽 …
Waited an hour for my hair appointment. Wish there were more stylists in the afternoon. Asked for a specific cut but got a different style, not what I wanted. It's fine, hair grows back. (: The stylist was professional and patient. Would return. 4/5
