Dr. O'Meara is EXCEPTIONAL, but this review it's
about his billing department, its atrocious. After my third call someone by the name of Raquel returned my call, but only because I left a message on the providers line giving, and not the billing line department line. She said she would call me back the next day and nothing. I got a call back the third day and she literally said, "I'm returning your call, how can I help you? She didn't remember talking to me and that she was to call me back with a solution, I had to go over the entire situation, and explain it once again. I had to cancel my follow up appointment due to this issue. The team and Healthcare Provider were extremely professional and pleasant. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I was promptly attended to for my X-rays and examination. I was anxious about my injury's prognosis, but upon arrival, I felt reassured. I would recommend their facilities to anyone and have future appointments scheduled. The receptionist was very accommodating and managed to fit me in the schedule within a day.About
