Dr. O'Meara is EXCEPTIONAL, but this review it's about his billing department, its atrocious. After my third call someone by the name of Raquel returned my call, but only because I left a message on the providers line giving, and not the billing line department line. She said she would call me back the next day and nothing. I got a call back the third day and she literally said, "I'm returning your call, how can I help you? She didn't remember talking to me and that she was to call me back with a solution, I had to go over the entire situation, and explain it once again. I had to cancel my follow up appointment due to this issue. It's unfortunate that such an OUTSTANDING doctor has such subpar employees/department.
Office of Dr. Shawn O’Meara 7300 Remcon Circle, 79912 I met Dr. Sean O’Meara in 2012. He performed surgery on my toes. Dr. O’Meara explained the surgery, answered all my questions and checked on me at home. The surgery remains successful after ten years. And I remain a loyal patient sending others to this knowledgeable, caring, kind doctor who patiently listens . I am very particular about the doctors I refer to others. Dr. O’Meara fulfills all my qualifications. The staff is important to any practice. I was greeted with a smile and treated kindly by his assistant. I am blessed to have him in my life.
