Just a heads up for the salon to improve communication as there is no central phone line. I attempted to contact them three times via email and text but received no response. Hopefully, they can enhance their communication methods 🙏...
Outstanding salon and team! I have been a loyal client of Taylor for over twenty years and will continue to follow her wherever she goes. The Downtown Asheville location offers a great experience with nearby shopping and dining options to complement my appointments. ❤️
Terrible experience with hairstylist Michaela. Asked for a subtle balayage and trim, but ended up with severely damaged hair that was breaking off. Came in with long, thick, and healthy hair, requesting only a small trim. However, due to the damage caused by Michaela's bleach application, she had to cut off more than expected. After washing out the excessive products used by Michaela, the difference in thickness and health of my hair was evident. My hair is now significantly thinner, shorter, and damaged. The pictures speak for themselves, showing the drastic change. Despite expressing my disappointment to Michaela, she offered no solution or attempt to fix the issue. I will not be returning or recommending this salon.
