My first visit to Anthony's Nails was exceptional. I can confidently say it will be my go-to place for pedicures and nail services. I treated my 82-year-old mother to a pedicure, and we had a fantastic experience with Mei and Anthony. They were polite, friendly, efficient, and incredibly funny! Anthony's sense of humor is a delight. The pedicures we received were the best in Snohomish, Monroe, and Edmonds. Finally, I found a salon where I felt at ease and engaged in conversation. Not to mention, my pedicure was impeccable. My feet have never felt smoother. Thank you, Anthony and Mei. We'll be back soon!
Mia does stunning nails, but lacks punctuality. Last time, she requested to come 45 minutes early via text, and I obliged. However, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes before being attended to, as Mia prioritized another client, presumably Anthony. On my most recent appointment, scheduled for 09:30, Mia messaged me the night before, changing it to 10:00. Despite my reminder of an 11 o'clock commitment, Mia assured me it wouldn't be an issue. When I arrived five minutes early with another lady, who was a walk-in, Mia had just shown up. She asked me to wait, but the walk-in was served before me. When I inquired about the delay at 10:05, Mia assured me it would only be a few more minutes. I reiterated my initial 09:30 appointment due to my 11 o'clock engagement elsewhere. Disappointed by the disregard for scheduling and prioritizing walk-ins over appointments, I have chosen not to return. Respect for customers' time is crucial, and Mia seems to lack that.
Excellent nail salon! The service was unhurried, and the nail technician took the time to create the design I desired. Very welcoming atmosphere.
