Usually, I frequent the Norcross location, but my visit to the Snellville branch today was exceptional. Bella provided top-notch service, including a Brazilian crystal wax, vajacial, eyebrows, and lip threading. She took the time to educate me on self-care practices, offering a fantastic scrub and witch hazel & tea tree spray for post-shower use to prevent ingrown hairs. Bella was kind, gentle, and engaging in conversation. My experience was virtually painless, and I look forward to seeing Bella again. Many thanks!
