I visited for a manicure and pedicure, but the service felt rushed, like a pit stop at a Nascar race. The technician removed too much skin, causing me to bleed. When I expressed my discomfort, I was met with a casual "You okay?" I left unsatisfied and won't return.
A friend recommended this salon, but many of the familiar faces she mentioned were no longer there. My nail polish application during a fill and pedicure was subpar - uneven and with bubbles. I had a better experience getting my nails done by a student at home. Lack of design options and a vague response to my request for nail tape left me feeling underwhelmed. The technician was friendly but overly forceful. The distance from my workplace makes a revisit unlikely.
I arrived at 6:44 for a nail fill, well before the 7 PM closing time, but was turned away as they claimed they were closing soon. Despite having ample time for service, I was denied. This experience has left me with no desire to return.
