I scheduled same-day manicure appointments for myself & my brother on my 58th birthday. Tyler was extremely patient with me as I had several questions and called multiple times due to encountering some difficulty booking on the website. He did my Cocanails Stress Relieving Mani and the experience far exceeded any manicure I’ve ever had. The neck and shoulder massage were the perfect added touch that made the cost well worth it. I am like many finding it almost impossible to relax, so I had to be reminded many times to relax my hands. (So sorry for that.) Oh, and the hand scrub was amazing, leaving my hands so soft!
Don't judge a book by its cover. Arrived in NYC and checked out the reviews. I went and the place was slow (maybe because it was Monday). The young man who did my mani and pedi was knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job. The owner was very welcoming and personable. If I'm ever in NYC, I'm definitely coming back.
