I went in for vibrant blonde highlights and showed the stylist images of my own highlighted hair from a previous visit to Glam House for inspiration. She agreed to the images and did my hair. After styling it at home, I noticed it wasn't as bright as I wanted, and the front was darker than before. I messaged her requesting more brightness around the face. She then informed me that achieving the look in the pictures would require another full highlight session ($250). I had never needed two sessions before, hadn't budgeted for $500 total, and she never mentioned this limitation before starting. I contacted the owner (who arranged the appointment) and explained the situation. It has been over two months, and I haven't received a response. I had to go to a different salon to have my hair fixed.
