Entered this establishment on a whim, inquired about pricing for a gel polish refill and pedicure. Was informed that nails would cost $35 and pedicure $32. Had to request an extra coat of polish due to its thinness. Nails appear grown out on the same day of refill. Pedicure was unsatisfactory with one foot square-shaped and the other round despite three attempts to fix. Upon payment, was overcharged nearly $30 without receipt provided, assuming it would be sent to phone after providing number. Will report as fraud, lodge complaint with BBB, Cosmetology board, and consider legal action if necessary. Need nails and toenails redone. Beware of this deceptive business!
