The total came to $200 for highlights and a haircut for my mother. I find this to be a fair price for the quality of service we received. Despite being busy, the staff was attentive. Ivan was great at communication and offering suggestions.

Ivan and Cece, along with their apprentices, are exceptional! Reasonable prices, and Ivan's skill and training are evident in their work!

If I could rate zero stars, I would! I wasn't going to share this, but future folks need to know. About 4 months back, my mother and I drove 3 hours for a hair appointment. She'd been a loyal client for years, praising their skills. Upon arrival, my mom was promptly attended to, but I had to wait 30 minutes before my session began. The stylist was still cutting another client's hair, and a student was assigned to me. Initially, I didn't mind, understanding everyone starts somewhere. However, the process was constantly interrupted as the student struggled to section my hair for dyeing. To cut a long story short, my hair was fried, my curls lost their bounce, the student kept burning my scalp with erratic water temperatures, my session ran 2 hours longer than my mom's, the stylist juggled multiple clients, and my mom's highlights were off. We were charged $280 each. I overlooked these issues until a local stylist pointed out the uneven cut they gave me. Avoid this place - overpriced and damaging to your hair!
