They are extremely courteous, prompt, and attentive. My hair was handled with utmost care, a rarity among stylists who often prioritize profit over quality service! I am from Idaho, but I would not hesitate to fly back here! I plan on returning soon. This was my first experience with this type of braiding, and I am absolutely enamored!
If I could assign this establishment zero stars, I would without hesitation!! I shelled out 90 dollars for a braid that was left incomplete. I had to trim the remaining hair myself in frustration😡. Furthermore, my son had to wait for an hour due to a scheduling mishap with another client!😡 I vow to never spend another dime here! To add insult to injury, the stylist suggested he pay an extra 40 dollars for a wash, but graciously waived the fee - seriously? How this place garners high ratings is beyond comprehension!
The variety of braiding hair here surpasses the local Sallys, yet it remains somewhat limited. The service provided was exceptional.
