Cannot praise the top-notch services and camaraderie I found at this cozy salon during my time in the neighborhood! Tiffany Johnson is a gem! She handled my cut, color, and waxing with precision and ensured my satisfaction. Accommodated me on short notice and even came in early. The salon is impeccably clean and bright, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind.
Visited the salon after seeing "Walk-ins welcome" online. Upon arrival, no one greeted or acknowledged me for 20 minutes. When finally addressed, was told they don't accept walk-ins with a judgmental tone. No assistance offered in booking an appointment. Will not return here ever again! 😤
Had a great first visit! Arrived 10 minutes early to be considerate. Stylist did a fantastic job, ensured I was happy with my haircut, and was a great conversationalist.
