I rarely write reviews, but my recent visit here compelled me to share. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sterility is crucial when handling clients' nails and tools; unfortunately, this establishment falls short in this regard. Despite positive online feedback, I won't be returning as there are better options in the vicinity that prioritize hygiene.
Got my nails done last week, but the polish didn't even last a full day before cracking and peeling off. Moreover, I observed a lack of proper hygiene practices like using bags in the foot tubs and sterilized tools. It's safe to say I won't be coming back here for another appointment.
Absolutely delighted with my third pedicure at "Elegance Nail and Spa". The experience was incredibly relaxing, and the pedicure itself was executed with professionalism and precision. I left completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend this nail salon and spa to others.
