They use disposable files and buffers which is great! However, when removing my gel x tips, the individual assisting me accidentally nicked my finger with the electric filer. Despite mentioning my sensitive cuticles and not needing removal, she proceeded to remove them insisting it would look better. Additionally, she didn't switch filer grits between the gel and my natural nail, making it feel a bit rough.
