They use disposable files and buffers which is great! However, when removing my gel x tips, the individual assisting me accidentally nicked my finger with the electric filer. Despite mentioning my sensitive cuticles and not needing removal, she proceeded to remove them insisting it would look better. Additionally, she didn't switch filer grits between the gel and my natural nail, making it feel a bit rough. I also have doubts about the sanitation and changing of electric filer tips between clients... but I'm uncertain about that.
Kathy does an amazing job with my pedicure!! Long has incredible patience when doing my acrylic nails, and doing my designs does a fantastic job!! Nancy does my waxing and pays meticulous attention to every detail!! I have been going to this place for a little over 6 years and I absolutely adore it!!
