My sibling and I entered the establishment, and despite the bustling atmosphere, we were promptly seated. The wait was brief, and the individuals handling our nails were exceptionally courteous and proficient, displaying a high level of expertise. This marks my second visit, and on both occasions, I departed content and satisfied.
A few days ago, I visited to have the gel polish on my toes changed. I had accumulated enough visits to earn a complimentary service as per their loyalty program. However, upon completion of only the gel polish change, I was informed of an additional $5 charge. Despite my initial intention to provide a generous holiday gratuity, this attempt to overcharge led me to deduct the amount from the tip. Furthermore, I observed a concerning practice of reusing nail files without proper disinfection between customers, prompting me to consistently request fresh files to avoid potential infections.
Each visit to this nail salon is a delightful affair, characterized by the adept service and unwavering patience of the team. Not only are my nails adorned beautifully, but they also exude a pristine shine, instilling in me a sense of self-assurance and contentment. I am certain to revisit this establishment.
