I phoned to schedule an appointment, but the individual who answered abruptly cut me off after I mentioned, "I was wondering if you have any avai..." The lady loudly exclaimed, "OH, I'M SORRY NO," before I could even finish inquiring about availability for a specific time or day. It appears doubtful that this establishment offers massage services. The situation seems rather questionable.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Lucy's massage was just average, nothing exceptional. However, in the final 10 minutes, she took my Pomeranian out of his cozy carrier and placed him on the massage table. She proceeded to play and chat with my pet while concluding the massage. I left a 20% tip ($14), which I believed was generous, but she insisted on $20, TWICE. When I declined and explained that my tip was adequate, she rudely suggested I seek services elsewhere. I will not be returning. Highly unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE.
The ambiance was clean and welcoming. Lucy provided a gentle and attentive full-body massage. This experience rivaled the quality of massages I've received in various cities in Japan. Delighted with the results, and I will definitely be back.
