I will not return to this hair salon. The overpowering scent of nail polish remover made my visit unpleasant. I asked for a manicure without polish, but the technician rushed through cutting my nails. When I requested them to be filed round, they didn't understand, so I gave up explaining. The cuticles were quickly snipped and done poorly as they are still visible. There were remnants left on my nails, no lotion was used, and I left with a subpar result after paying. Overall, a disappointing experience despite hearing it was a top-rated salon.
I received a full gel set and a regular pedicure. The nail technicians were pleasant and did good work overall. The pedicure service was not as skilled, but it was satisfactory. Tammy, the nail tech, was swift and did an exceptional job on my nails.
