My encounters at this store have been so disheartening that I felt compelled to leave this negative review. The staff here tend to shadow you as if you're about to steal, especially if you're a person of color. They lack knowledge about the products, rendering them unhelpful, and their demeanor is far from welcoming. Unlike neighboring stores, this location closes early at 7pm and reprimanded me for browsing an item at 7:02. I have no intention of returning here, and the numerous one-star reviews should signal to corporate the need to address the tarnished reputation this store is creating for their brand.
I visited this store to get my hair styled for prom, and my stylist Carla was incredibly friendly, fun, and had fantastic energy. She did an amazing job styling my hair and even went above and beyond, adding extra touches that she thought would enhance the look. My bangs have never looked better! I highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

It's puzzling why the company's response lacks an apology, fails to address the issue by replacing the current staff with a diverse and customer-centric team.
