Joan did my nails and they were fabulous- very thorough and my nails look immaculate. Very convenient location if you live in Riverlights! It’s also has all the newest things there, an awesome OPI color selection, and free beverages!

This establishment has truly captured my heart, and I foresee it becoming my go-to destination for all my future nail care needs. I had the pleasure of receiving a manicure from Jordan, and it was an exceptionally delightful experience. Their professionalism, gentleness, and thoroughness were truly commendable. Prior to my appointment, I had accidentally cut my finger while opening mail with scissors, right next to the nail. Despite this inconvenience, Jordan demonstrated utmost care and attention while working around the cut, ensuring that my manicure turned out flawlessly. I was particularly impressed by the fact that they offer a dry manicure option without the use of drills. The salon itself exudes an atmosphere of cleanliness and orderliness. It is the first nail salon I have visited that is devoid of the overpowering scent of acetone and chemicals. All the instruments used during my manicure were meticulously sanitized and individually packaged. Additionally, they do not reuse emery boards but instead offer them to me as a thoughtful gesture. The ambiance of the salon is simply exquisite. It provides a tranquil and relaxing environment, devoid of rushed technicians, loud music, and distracting televisions. This serene space is ideal for unwinding and indulging in some self-care. I eagerly anticipate my next visit, where I plan to treat myself to a pedicure in addition to another delightful manicure. If it were possible, I would wholeheartedly award CNNB a perfect rating of 100 stars. This establishment has undoubtedly earned its place as my trusted nail salon, and I look forward to many more satisfying experiences in the future.

I really wanted to like this place. The salon itself is nice and everyone was very friendly. However, what we left with was not worth $140 plus tip. I got my nails dipped and even after pointing out a couple flaws in the salon, I still left with my nails looking terrible. The finish is very uneven and they are extremely thick. My daughter got a gel pedicure and as soon as we got home we noticed she had a toe that wasn't even painted on the side and another with a bubble. Both of our skin is super red, irritated and sore from the filing. I called the salon and they did offer to have us come in and fix them but, at this point to fix mine they would just have to remove it because adding more coats is not an option and my daughter doesn't even want to go back because they hurt her.
