For anyone in need of glasses or overdue for an eye examination, Marion Eye Center is the ideal destination! From the moment I stepped in until I left, it was a fantastic experience. Sierra was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in assisting me in selecting frames that suited me best, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for the exceptional service! Looking forward to my next visit next year!
Absolutely, I will not consider any other place for purchasing glasses. I once tried a different establishment and had to return the glasses multiple times due to incorrect prescriptions. I have never encountered any issues with Marion Eye Centers in getting the prescription right. While there may be a period of adjustment for the eyes, their service and products are unparalleled.
The service was satisfactory and the staff members were very accommodating in handling my insurance. Unfortunately, we were unable to order glasses for my daughter due to the absence of one staff member. I urgently require the glasses for her school photo next Friday, but was informed that the order could only be placed later in the week. It would be beneficial to train another individual to handle glasses orders so that there is no delay in such situations. It is unusual for an eye care facility to have only one person responsible for ordering glasses.
