I've been a faithful patron for years. I've witnessed Alex expecting a child and now that child is an adult. Alex and their spouse put in the effort to satisfy their customers. Whether it's manicures, pedicures, or a full set of nails...everything is executed with professionalism. In my view, they are unmatched.
In my opinion, they're the top nail salon in Springfield. Incredibly skilled, approachable, and genuinely invested in their clients. Adorable dog and stunning nail designs.
Awful experience. The individual was juggling 4 pedicures simultaneously, neglecting to wash his hands between clients. The bigger issue was the incessant chatter with a female visitor. Not a patron, just a random lady pacing behind him. He barely inspected the feet he was working on. Minimal leg and foot massage, no cuticle clipping, or cuticle cream application on my toes. I will NOT be revisiting this unsanitary establishment with such subpar service.
