Evers has been my preferred choice for dental care. I appreciate their 10% discount for veterans. With no dental insurance, their prices are reasonable. For X-rays and a cleaning, it cost me less than $200. The staff is welcoming, and today I received the best cleaning ever. They have the perfect team in place right now. I hope they continue this way! It has always been a positive experience for me personally. Dr. Ben Warnock is a kind individual who speaks to me like a friend!
I have always felt heard and well taken care of by the doctor and staff. However, today, I felt pressured to undergo procedures that were out of my budget. When I tried to discuss this with the appointment coordinator, they insisted they were right and I was wrong. They failed to understand that I couldn't afford all the necessary procedures simultaneously. Despite expressing my concerns, the coordinator only apologized for my feelings, not their actions. This only exacerbated the situation. I left without scheduling any further appointments. I hope this issue can be resolved, as I have had great service in the past.
