I have visited this place thrice and they always deliver exceptional service. However, today when I checked in at the kiosk, the proprietor, a gentleman I presume, made no effort to greet me despite my hello. I value customer service highly and am a generous tipper. I switched from my longtime nail technician in July and have been a loyal patron here. Sadly, I will not be returning.
We had made an appointment for a pedicure for both myself and my husband. Upon arrival, they informed us that they were short-staffed and could not accommodate us. I strongly advise against this establishment! Their behavior was extremely impolite!
The individual who did my nails did not ensure they were done to the best of her ability. She neglected to ensure all my nails were the same length, a standard I am accustomed to at my usual nail salon. After applying the chrome, I noticed a significant difference in length between the pointer fingernails. When I requested her to make them even, she mentioned something about me not mentioning it earlier. Although she made the adjustment, she failed to reapply the chrome to the nail edge. Furthermore, she only applied one coat, resulting in the chrome/color being see-through. When I asked her to fix it, she seemed dismissive and even laughed. It would have taken her less than 3 minutes. Due to this, she did not receive a tip from me, and I will not be returning. Additionally, the environment was unclean and unpleasant. Moving on.
