Great service but the personalized facial didn’t address my congestion issues. I could have achieved better results at home, it was just too gentle, she barely made contact with my skin. I was advised to book a microdermabrasion, but I assumed a personalized facial would target my specific concerns? Not a terrible experience as it was calming, but it had zero impact on my skin, so what was the purpose? They should label the "personalized facial" as Gentle/Basic facial.
I had a voucher for a spa session and was thrilled to pamper myself with a massage! The establishment was lovely and the team was incredibly welcoming. My main and sole gripe is that I did not enjoy the massage. My therapist was Harper, and despite her being very kind, I feel like she didn't provide any real benefit. My back was actually sore after the session (unrelated to the massage, just my own issue), and I had to crack it once I got into my car. I requested medium pressure, and even asked for firmer pressure during the massage because I felt like I was receiving minimal effect. Very disheartening when I was eagerly anticipating a relaxing massage! Perhaps it was an isolated poor experience, but personally, I cannot recommend this massage therapist.
