Their professionalism was top-notch yet they maintained a friendly demeanor. The service was prompt and the appointments were kept on time. My hairdresser, Kat, was absolutely fantastic! I had a few vague ideas about what I wanted for my hair, but I was unsure about what would suit me best and keep my hair healthy. During our discussion, Kat provided me with all the information I needed regarding the color and haircut options I was considering. In the end, she gave me a cut and color that required minimal maintenance yet looked stylish (just as I had requested). I am beyond thrilled with my bangs - they are just perfect, something previous stylists never quite achieved. My hair now feels light, healthy, and effortlessly chic.
