The reason it doesn't get more stars is because such amenities are usually closed early or unavailable to members during posted hours. The male technician was quite rough. I had to repeatedly request gentler handling. My nails look terrible now, as shown in the photo taken 8 days later. They were initially one solid color. Strands of my hair got tangled in them right from the start, which usually doesn't happen until at least two weeks. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. The staff and yogis are kind, gracious, and caring and are invested in everyone’s success. Students are guided to work to their ability and there is no pressure to go beyond what's right for the individual. I leave refreshed and happy with the time and care given to my body. Had a facial treatment at this place recently and it was not up to par. Throughout the session, there was a constant push for additional add-ons, making it difficult to unwind. Despite clearly stating my preference for a basic facial without any extras at the beginning, I felt the facialist's behavior was unprofessional as she continued to inquire about extra services, knowing my financial constraints.
