Parker is a truly skilled massage therapist. I would 10/10 recommend her services. I have had a few massages while residing in Richmond, and the experience with Parker at Awaken Day Spa was truly the best!
I have had a few massages with Parker and she does an amazing job. She’s extremely attentive and provides extra attention to any area that needs work. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and checks in with you throughout the massage to ensure you are feeling good and comfortable. After I leave massages with Parker, I feel relaxed, looser, and way less tense. I will definitely be going back!
I don't even know where to begin! Parker is such an incredible therapist. She is attentive, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I love that she knows the anatomy of the muscular system and applies her knowledge to her massages. You can really feel when she's working that she knows where everything connects and the common pain/tension patterns. Her pressure is always perfect and she adjusts as requested. She also guides you through tougher areas & deeper pressure with breath work which really allows the body to unwind. I can't recommend Parker enough and I surely will miss her and her massages when I move!!!
