The male technician was quite rough. I had to repeatedly request gentler handling. My nails look terrible now, as shown in the photo taken 8 days later. They were initially one solid color. Strands of my hair got tangled in them right from the start, which usually doesn't happen until at least two weeks. However, my pedicure from a different technician was satisfactory.
Extremely accommodating to this individual with limited nail salon exposure and no prior appointment. UPDATE: just had my inaugural pedicure, a significant milestone for me. Helen was exceptional, providing great support. Walking feels like stepping on clouds. I'm sticking with this place!
If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. I visited for a gel manicure on a Saturday afternoon, and there was only one other client getting a pedicure. Understandable, it's a slow day. But my experience was rushed, with minimal cuticle care and a polish job that started chipping in less than four days. Not a place I would recommend.
