The reason it doesn't get more stars is because such amenities are usually closed early or unavailable to members during posted hours. The male technician was quite rough. I had to repeatedly request gentler handling. My nails look terrible now, as shown in the photo taken 8 days later. They were initially one solid color. Strands of my hair got tangled in them right from the start, which usually doesn't happen until at least two weeks.
