This was my first visit to this nail salon, and Nancy did an amazing job. My nails have never looked better! She was gentle, detail-oriented, and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be a returning customer. I am thrilled with my new nails and the pricing was very reasonable.
I have visited this salon four times for acrylic nails. The first two visits were fantastic! However, on my third visit, I was dissatisfied with the thick French tips and the lack of adjustments made when requested. Unfortunately, after a week and a half, two nails came off, prompting me to return for a full fill. During my most recent visit, I left with nails that still did not meet my expectations, and the technician did not address my concerns. The following day, one of my nails broke, highlighting the poor quality. I am unsure if it's the acrylic or the technician, but the removal process was also painful as they used an acrylic tip to pop the nails off rather than soaking. Additionally, one of the nails had a layer ripped off during removal.
What a great discovery in Shoreline! The salon was professional, welcoming, and the gel polish removal process was gentle with soaking instead of drilling. I will definitely return for more services.
