My former partner had a positive experience with Be a New Creation for her eyebrows many years back, and they still look fantastic. Now, two decades later, I am bringing my new significant other in hopes that Roberta is still providing her exceptional services.
I reached out to this establishment based on the glowing recommendations. However, when I tried to schedule an appointment through their website, there were no available slots. Upon calling, I was informed that none of the three electrolysis specialists were accepting new clients. The only option given was to be placed on a waitlist for a consultation. When I mentioned I would seek services elsewhere, the individual on the phone curtly wished me luck and ended the call. It leaves me questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews for this spa.
