Awful experience. Extremely unprofessional. My feet still had scales and felt rough and dry. They tried to charge me an extra $30 for white tips and acrylics after I already paid $50 for a pedicure.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The last time I visited this nail salon was in the summer, and it was 45 minutes before closing. I requested a cuticle clean and a Full Set (specifically French Tip) while the owner was doing my nails. This person had the nerve to cut my cuticles without soaking them first, causing bleeding. When I tried to communicate that I was bleeding and to stop, she pretended not to understand English. She then proceeded to apply product over the open cut she had just made. I left without asking for a refund, not caring about the $50. I started to believe she was genuinely racist. Not worth it.
This was my worst nail experience ever. I got my nails done here 4 days ago, and it only took 15 minutes, which was a red flag. They didn't trim my natural nails, another warning sign. Now, 4 days later, they are lifting and one is about to fall off. When I returned with my sister to ask for a fix, they demanded an additional $30. I refused and will never recommend this place to anyone. I will spread the word about their terrible service.
